Rogers Sekasiga the executive director of Roke telecom says the internet has capacity to serve a wide number of people. “It is a big project, am happy this is the first one we are launching so we are projecting that we shall have 2000 users per site per month, Ugandans will have access to internet so am quite excited about the potential and possibilities of pushing cheap internet deeper into the locality.”

Jamal Moses general secretary of Yumbe youth district council expresses contentment towards this initiative. “If this is brought near .it is going to save us from other expenses because we have been suffering in taking charges of buying a lot of data so I know we are going to benefit a lot from the internet you have brought.”
