Jimmy Rubangakene, the head coach of Rural Giants Fc said he was impressed by the training where he was able to understand some of the processes involved starting with how to register your club, players, and roles of the football stakeholders. "I strongly believe that this training is going to improve on how we conduct ourselves as coaches, how to acquire new players, how to approach another club when you are in need of getting their players and so on", he remarked

Okot Stephen Collins, popularly known as Fimbo, the general secretary of Gulu district Football Association and also FUFA Administrator for Acholi subregion said that the Acholi soccer clinic primarily focused on equipping the players, club managers, club chairpersons, CEOS and the other football stakeholders with the necessary skills, requirements for club registration, players` registration, how the FUFA connect system works, among others. "We decided to have this Acholi soccer clinic for all these categories of football stakeholders so that they understand some of the guiding principles in relations to their operations, for example a player should know his role and rights, the coaches should know what they are supposed to do, club managers should also know their roles, club chairpersons, Club CEOS, like that, like that, when to register new players, the continuing players, also they should understand the licensing policy of Fufa, among other requirements, this we thought would help to address some of the problems affecting football in Acholi subregion", he  noted.

The Acholi soccer clinic started with the training of players for 4 days followed by the training of club coaches and club administrators for one day.
